Shipping Policy

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Lithuania: Parcel lockers (Omniva / DPD / LP Express): 1–3 business days
  • European Union: Standard international shipping: 5–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: Standard international shipping: 7–21 business days
    (Custom delays may apply)
  • United States: Standard international shipping: 10–30 business days
  • Australia: Standard international shipping: 10–30+ business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holiday periods, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on: destination country; order weight; carrier rates.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country.

Packaging:
All ceramics are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery.
Each piece is handmade, delicate, and packed with protective materials to reduce breakage risks.

Damaged items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via the Contact Form and include: your order number; photos of the item; photos of the packaging.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Lost or delayed parcels:
Once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, Burnt Lab is not responsible for delays or lost shipments.
If your package is delayed, please first contact the carrier using the tracking number.
If the issue remains unresolved, you may reach out through the Contact Form for assistance.

Incorrect address:
Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
