We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please fill out the Contact Form on our website.
We will review your request and provide return instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including the return address. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request through the Contact Form will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately through the Contact Form so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non‑returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- custom-made or personalized items,
- sale items,
- gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to request a return for your current item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order.
EU 14‑day cooling‑off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
